| Joe K. Schlatter, Owner\President I was one of nine original owners who started the Company in 1979. There was one other concrete plant in the county and a growing need for concrete. All of the original owners where local builders, like myself, and were tired of having to order concrete a week in advance and still not get it on time. Our Company prides itself on our founding philosophy, delivering a quality product with extraordinary service in a professional and courteous manner.
